The Helpdesk Reps offer support and technical assistance to our online customers who are using our services and products. They also work closely with the dispatch riders.
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Resolving problems with order placements and dispatch riders
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve services
- Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
- Possesses ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Good telephone etiquettes
Degree in Mass Communication or related courses with at least 1 year experience in same position.
