Helpdesk/Customer Service Representative at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

The Helpdesk Reps offer support and technical assistance to our online customers who are using our services and products. They also work closely with the dispatch riders.
Job Duties

  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with order placements and dispatch riders
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve services
  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
  • Possesses ability to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Good telephone etiquettes

Qualification
Degree in Mass Communication or related courses with at least 1 year experience in same position.
