- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain safe and clean Reception & Pantry area.
- Provide assistance in supporting office administrative functions.
- Receive and deliver message appropriately.
- Provision of water/tea to concerned people as necessary.
- Timely response to queries.
- Stocking of pantry requirements to prevent shortage.
- Attend timely to visitors/ Guest.
- Taking Guest/Visitor details accordingly and inform the concerned authority.
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Receptionist
