Accountant/Logistic Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Descriptions

  • Daily invoicing of vehicles and preparation of waybill for the branch
  • Day to day petty cash payment of branch Warehouse expenditures and maintain of petty cash balance.
  • Closure of petty cash at end of the day and send the report for verification to HO.
  • Ensuring that there is no mismatch in the cash payment and cash balance at the end of the day.
  • Ensure records and files are maintained in order and kept safe for future reference.
  • Filing of the papers is to be done on daily basis.
  • Stock Inward Entries in System on the receipt of Stock
  • Preparation of Branch MIS including Sales Reports, Stock Report and sending the same to HO on Daily basis
  • Assisting the Branch Head in the administration of the branch

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND, in Accounting or Logistics Management
  • Minimum of 2 years of valuable working experience in Accounting or Logistics Management
